  • 开门时间 演出开始前40分钟，请提前入场，感受烛光氛围
  • 关门时间 演出开始前10分钟准时关闭，关门后谢绝入场
  • 座位安排 按购票区域入座，同区域内先到先得
  • 观演礼仪 请全程保持安静，手机及电子设备请调至静音或关机，共同守护这份珍贵的音乐时刻
  • 迟到政策 迟到观众可申请更换至其他场次，门票一经售出恕不退款

Is There Parking Available

There is NO parking available at the venue.
Arrival & Ticket

Please present your email confirmation or QR code upon entry, our team will scan the QR code at the door for a smooth and fast check-in.
*If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

❗ Doors open: 40 minutes before the show.

❗ Doors close: 10 minutes before showtime, no admission after door closed. Late arrivals will not be permitted. 
Guests who arrive late may reschedule to another session (no refunds due to company policy).

All seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
